Great customer service, efficient movers, good deal!
First, the manager, Beck, who took my order was very easy to work with. I originally was scheduled with 1 Stop Moving, but because of their chaotic scheduling methods, I was told in less than 24 hours that they had to come early in the morning instead of afternoon. I was upset so I cancelled my reservation with other San Diego moving and found Pyramid and booked with them right away. The manager was very kind and was willing to take care of my order even close to closing hours. He also gave me a good deal, 3 men for the price of 2.
The movers – were all very professional and efficient. No items broken or lost. We made 2 extra stops. The loading and unloading were very quick. They could drive faster than I thought too! You don’t have to worry about any time being wasted. They were even willing to line up my carpet with blankets to keep it clean from footprints. Claus helped me dissemble and assemble my bed too. These guys were so nice that they even helped a guy with a Budget truck to move his fridge up the ramp. He thanked them, and I said to him, “Next time, return the favor by hiring them instead of moving yourself!” …

I have moved many times. But this one was very professional. Uniformed guys, know how to handle someone’s belongings with care. For little extra you get all necessary materials for packing and moving. I had a lot of fragile things. None of them got broken as they did secure packaging. Pyramid Moving guys did great job last weekend when my son moved from San Diego to Del Mar. Movers were professional and clean cut. Three guys moved three bedroom house in timely manner.
Management also provided good customer service by explaining all the fees and package details. Last movers I hired did not even have license . This time the  manager himself send the information link about company license and insurance.

Professional guys affordable rates helped at the last moment.
I used Pyramid moving systems to move two bedroom apartment. Usually it’s hard to find a reliable moving company when you decided to move next day. However Beck was able to help me to arrange an emergency moving for the next day. He somehow squeezed me between to moving reservations he already had. Even it was a rush move, everything went great.
No breakage. No scratchs. No cracks.

There are a ton of moving companies in San Diego, and it’s really hard to trust that you’re choosing the right one. Believe me, I learned that lesson the hard way. But you can feel confident about Pyramid Moving- Beck was polite, explained all the costs up front, and got me moved in a very reasonable amount of time with nothing broken and no surprise charges. After a disastrous experience with another moving company where I had to send them packing in the middle of the move, I booked a last minute reservation with Pyramid. Even though Pyramid was busy, Beck made every effort to make sure they could move me, to the point of coming out to do the move himself! I’m plenty happy with the service and would use Pyramid again.
